October 24-25, 2025
St. Louis Missouri AND Online

ABOUT THE CONFERENCE
October 24th and 25th, 2025

For All Attendees:
Carrying One Another's Burdens

Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ. — Galatians 6:2 (NIV)

About This Conference

Mental health challenges impact not only individuals but also families, churches, and communities. As followers of Christ, we are called to bear one another’s burdens, yet many of us feel unequipped to walk alongside those in pain. Whether you're a clinician, a ministry leader, or simply someone who cares deeply about the emotional and spiritual well-being of those around you, this conference provides a space to grow in both compassion and practical skills.

“Carrying Each Other’s Burdens: Mental Health in Our Families and the Family of God” invites us to explore how faith and mental health care intersect, especially in the context of relationships. Together, we’ll consider how Scripture informs our understanding of human nature, how worldview shapes psychological practice, and how we can extend wise, Christlike care across generations.

Join us October 24–25 for two days of connection, learning, and encouragement. Through clinical insight and biblical teaching, you’ll leave better equipped to support others—and yourself—with humility, clarity, and grace.

This year's conference will take place both in person, in St. Louis, Missouri, and online.

The conference is open to:

  • Training and licensed professional mental health clinicians

  • Those in full-time or part-time ministry

  • Church members

  • Adult lay leaders

  • Recovery group facilitators

Whether you attend in person or online, you will also have opportunities to connect with others on topics that interest you and have deeper discussions during our open breakout times.

For Mental Health Clinicians:
A Special Invite for Servants of Souls

While all are welcome to join the Christian Counseling Conference, we want to extend a special invitation to professionals in the mental health field.

Jesus models for us these godly features of human existence for himself and his followers. He took his disciples (after a season of energy-draining human engagement) with him to retreat.

When the apostles returned, they reported to Jesus what they had done. Then he took them with him and they withdrew by themselves to a town called Bethsaida – Luke 9:10

The 2025 InsideOut Conference is such a time as this. Our topic: Carrying Each Other's Burdens: Mental Health in Our Families and in the Family of God will focus on offering professional care to families and counsel to those in the church. Whether you are a student in the field of mental health or have been practicing for many years, we hope you will add your voice to this conversation.

For mental health professionals, we have not one, but two full days of content planned. Our Friday class offerings are for clinicians only, and on Saturday, we have a dedicated track for mental health professionals. All six of these classes, along with our general sessions, are CE-eligible. You will also have opportunities to network and connect with your peers at roundtable discussions on both days.

You will leave renewed in your important work. Join us in St. Louis (or online) on October 24th and 25th!
